We are Anti-Aging Company have been vegetarian for most of our lives and appreciate the health benefits of a vegetarian diet. Until we can find an alternative source as good as Nordic Naturals, we are willing to use this wonderful product and not mind too much. The only other two marine sources are the original producers of EPA & DHA (microalgae/plankton) or krill. There are reasons currently to be vigilant about both of these including large fish. Nordic Natural havests only small, rapidly reproducing fish.
