Instructions for the
SuperComfort Kit
It is important to read all directions carefully before using this product. These products should be used in addition to your normal oral hygiene routine. Satisfaction Guaranteed! For adult use only
Recommended Use: Once a day, preferably in the evening. For those with more problems, twice a day is OK.
Directions for use:
Step 1: SuperComfort Oil Massage
- RINSE: Please rinse your mouth with comfortably hot water before you start to open up your mouth to more of the soothing influence.
- SHAKE: It is important to shake the oil up thoroughly and make sure the contents are distributed.
- TRANSFER: Place a small amount (about half a teaspoon) on the palm of a clean hand.
- MASSAGE: Dip your finger or the flossing toothbrush in the oil mixture and thoroughly massage teeth and gums. Use small clockwise circles both on your teeth and also all areas of your gums. The massaging stimulates the circulation in the gums.
- Rinse with warm water.

STEP 2: SuperComfort Powder Massage
- TRANSFER: Place a small amount (about a quarter to half teaspoon) of the powder mixture onto the palm of a clean hand and then apply to directly to your soft toothbrush or use with your fingers.
- MASSAGE: Thoroughly massage teeth and gums. Remember: “Brush Smart, Not Hard.” The finger or toothbrush massaging stimulates the circulation in the gums.
- FLOSSING: The flossing toothbrush does not replace flossing. Once you have the oil and powder on, it is very beneficial to floss at this time. This will allow the products to get to those areas only flossing can reach.
- RINSE: Rinse your mouth out with comfortably hot water. Do not swallow/ingest the oil or powder.
STEP 3: SuperComfort Mouth DeTox
- SHAKE: Shake the bottle to distribute any settled contents.
- TRANSFER: Place about one-two teaspoons in your mouth.
- SWISH: Easily swish the oil mixture thoroughly around your mouth for about a minute or longer without effort or without swallowing it while you are doing some other activity. Maximum time would be about 3-5 mins, then spit out milky mixture.
- RINSE: When you have finished, spit the resulting mixture. Thoroughly rinse your mouth out with comfortably hot to warm water.
- Optional: You can use a tongue scraper at this time.
STEP 4: SuperComfort Mouthwash
- TRANSFER & SWISH: Put about a teaspoon or more into your mouth and thoroughly swish again throughout your entire mouth for about 30 seconds. This fresh product is a concentrate, so only a little is needed for the desired effect. Spit all the wash out. Do not ingest.
- Rinse with warm water.

Additional Important Points
- DO NOT INGEST: Please do not ingest the powder or wash. They are known to draw out the toxins from the mouth, so it is good to rinse thoroughly and then spit all of it out. If you use your sink, be sure to rinse your drain with hot water to help remove oil from drain.
- USE BEFORE BED: For best results please use after meals, and before bed is important. People report that their mouth is much fresher and moister in the morning after doing this evening routine.
- “BRUSH SMART”: Be sure to use a very soft brush, or we recommend the flossing toothbrush for massaging. However, many of our customers feel there is a healing influence if you use your fingers.
- CLEANLINESS: Please do not do anything that might contaminate any of the ingredients. Do not let the powder become wet.
