Instructions for the
Throat Kit
It is important to read all directions carefully before using this product. These products should be used in addition to your normal oral hygiene routine. Satisfaction Guaranteed! For adult use only
Recommended Use: Once a day, preferably in the evening. Can be used before and/or after speaking engagements.
Directions for use:
STEP 1: Throat Comfort DeTox
- SHAKE: Shake the bottle to distribute any settled contents.
- TRANSFER: Place put about one to two teaspoons in your mouth.
- SWISH: Easily swish the oil mixture thoroughly around your mouth for about a minute or longer without effort or without swallowing it while you are doing some other activity.
- GARGLE: You can gargle with this product a bit. Extensive gargling is not necessary.
- RINSE: When you have finished, spit out the resulting mixture. Thoroughly rinse your mouth out with comfortably hot to warm water.
STEP 2: Throat Comfort Mouth Wash
- TRANSFER & SWISH: Put about a teaspoon or more into your mouth and thoroughly swish again throughout your entire mouth for about 30 seconds. This fresh product is a concentrate, so only a little is needed for the desired effect. Spit all the wash out. Do not ingest.
- Rinse with warm water.

Additional Important Points
DO NOT INGEST: Please do not ingest the DeTox or Mouth Wash. It is good to rinse thoroughly and then spit all of it out. Because the product is primarily oil, if you use your sink, in order to reduce any buildup in your drain, be sure to rinse your drain with hot water.
